We are involved and admin a number of Facebook travel community groups, mostly in partnership with fellow family travel bloggers.ย We invite you to join those communities here:
- Family Travel Inspiration – Join over 2000 parents worldwide looking for family travel ideas, planning tips & inspiration (Admin)
- Family Travel in the Middle East –ย focused on travels within the Middle East region with kids (Admin)
- City Travel with Kids – a great smaller group of mums who really know their cities and can help you plan the perfect city trip. Run in conjunction with my business partners at Little City Trips

We do not own or run the following Facebook communities but have found them to be another excellent source of traveller information if you are looking for something a little more niche:

- Our Tribe Travels – Big group of worldwide family travellers, often covers more off-the-beaten-path type destinations
- Women Who Travel – run by Conde Neste it’s a huge community of 130k+ lady travellers including mums
- Two Fat Expats – the one to join if you’re anywhere on the expatriate cycle of life!
UAE Based communities
We’re also involved in a number of UAE based groups.ย These are more focused on expat lifestyle and day to day queries but you may find useful:
- With the Kids UAE – Find out what’s happening this weekend, after-school clubs, kids entertainment, day trips and more. Anything WITH THE KIDS in Abu Dhabi and the UAE . (Admin – See group posting rules.)
- UAE Mom Bloggers – This is the place to connect with other mom/mum bloggers based in the UAE & Middle East region (Admin)
- Aussies Abroad Abu Dhabi – the city’s most active country-based social group. All welcome to join with their calendar of social events throughout the year and helpful community discussion (Admin)
- Bumps and Babes Abu Dhabi ย – the best starting point for those moving to Abu Dhabi in the early stages of family life
- British Mums Dubai –ย a great starting point for resident Mums in Dubai. You can also check out some of our blog posts we have written in conjunction with British Mums here.ย

- Family Travel Bloggers Group – a small but focused group of around 150 family travel bloggers with worldwide coverage (Admin)
- Perlu – a great new platform for influencer networking and collaboration
- DNW – Making Money from Blogging – founded by former family travel blogger Sharon Gourlay, a great all-rounder online learning group leaning towards travel bloggers
- Multicultural Kids Blog – a great space for those who blog on anything expat, multi-cultural, multi-language families
- Australian Travel Bloggers – great for discussions and opportunities anyone with an Australian base or background
- The Business of Blogging – at the more experienced end of blogger groups for those who monetise and take press tripsย ย
